Customized pricing is based on the itinerary given at the time of the contract agreement. The price may change due to final itinerary adjustments. Upon signing of the agreed upon contract/invoice, the required deposit is due to guarantee the date requested. Deposits and / or balances must be paid by their indicated due date as stated or the trip is subject to cancellation. Buses are not dispatched unless there is a signed invoice and deposit. A fuel surcharge may be assessed if fuel rising beyond 15% of the price of fuel at the time of the contract.

We adhere to the departure time stated in the contract. Buses will arrive at the pick up location within 10 minutes of the departure time. If you need additional time to load and want the bus earlier, you will be charged for that time. Late returns are subject to over time charges unless the lateness is due to heavy traffic or weather conditions. Just Class is not liable for additional cost such as meals , lodging or transportation due to weather conditions which may occur during the course of the trip. While we strive to maintain the operability of specified amenities, Just Class is not lliable for the performance or availability of specified amenities. Damage to equipment cause by any member of the traveling party shall be the responsibility of the group leader/contracting party. Any excessive cleaning (trash or bodily fluids) or damage that occurs during the trip will result in additional charges. A $200.00 refundable security deposit may be require if you will have excessive food / beverages during the course of the trip This deposit is returned providing there is no excessive trash or bodily fluids remaining on the bus at the end of the trip.

While we strive to maintain the operability of specified amenities, Just Class is not liable for the performance or availability of specified amenities.
